WHO WE ARE

VNB CONSULTANCY LIMITED, WE are consultants, advisors, policy specialists, project managers, and mandates to the governments of Burundi, Guinea-Bissau, Kenya, Uganda, South Sudan and Zambia.

We offer expert advice, information, insights, and recommendations to various ministries and senior government functionaries in achieving their objectives, resolving challenges, optimizing performance, and driving success. Essentially, we analyze organizational practices, identify weaknesses, and recommend solutions, especially in the area of transparent spending of the national budget, grants, or aid made available by donor aid agencies. In total, we play an oversight role in planning, organizing, supervising, and managing projects for governments. Through various ministries, the VNB Consultancy Management Team helps governments formulate policies that are attractive to potential investors, especially in the areas of telecommunication, health, agriculture/food security, transportation, energy/power, water/sanitation, etc.

WHAT WE DO

In the past ten years, the VNB Consultancy Management Team has worked with the governments of Burundi, Guinea-Bissau, Kenya, Uganda, South Sudan, and Zambia to alleviate poverty and establish transparent accounting and bookkeeping in the government's ministries and departments, thereby discouraging corruption. Our team has also established routine forensic auditing and transparent spending of grants and aid made available by donors, resulting in increased access to quality healthcare delivery, agricultural improvement and food security, education, water, sanitation, transportation, and renewable energy, while safeguarding the environment and promoting human rights and gender equality.

We have consistently been active in South Sudan in the past five years, working in partnership with international donors, multi-lateral agencies, and foreign governments, including the UK Department for International Development, the European Union, the governments of the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Italy, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, Germany, Spain, South Korea, Japan, USA, and others. At all stages of project planning and delivery, we work closely with the government's ministries, civil society organizations, cooperative societies, and community stakeholders.
